I wrote this book for my students with Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's, COPD, Chronic Fatigue, Fibromyalgia, and Rheumatoid Arthritis. They had been asking for an at-home resource since we began the chair yoga classes in 2003.

Most yoga books written for people with MS have a small section of yoga poses in a chair, if they have that. This book is devoted to teaching you the traditional yoga poses adapted for chair so that you may experience the myriad documented tangible benefits of a regular yoga practice--calm, resilience, greater ease of mobility, reduced cortisol production, slower respiration rate, improved mental focus and clarity, greater flexibility of body and mind, increased strength...among others.

My aim is to get this book in the hands of every person who has MS, or any of the other chronic conditions or health issues. I'm donating 20% of net profits to MS organizations.
