Elizabeth Baileyabout this book: Some years back I started a blog of writing tips. I was out of action for quite a while recovering from an operation so it kind of fell apart. When I had a look at it again, I thought - hey, there's some stuff there people might find useful! So guess what? I decided I would put it all into a book instead.
So here are three years of blogs designed to help writers, just as now as they are then. I've annotated it with current ideas as I went along, but have not tampered with the original blogs.
The main thing about these is that I wrote them as and when I got into difficulties myself as a writer, or when I was trying something out, and blogged about the problem and how I got myself out of it. Or just in general talked about writing - ranted on occasion too! So it kind of serves as an insight into the writer's working life, as well as containing lots of tips on the craft.
