Book: Life in the Hollywood Lane by Ann Crawford
categories: Book, Friendship, Humor, Acting, Love Story, Romantic Comedy, Grief, Suicide, Chick Lit, Women's FictionAnn Crawford

I worked in talent management for a bit, and one of my actors committed suicide. About a year later, I decided that she deserved to be the shero of her journey, no matter how it ended. Trish conveys this message as she travels her road to healing and her own version of success.
Of course, since love is my favorite thing to write about, that's here...in between the crazy characters and wacky situations. One of the things I learned the most, probably, as I wrote this book is how much we tend to get in our own way. Some of the people who will love this book are those who have been following a dream for a long time. While it's categorized as women's fiction, men have definitely loved it, too.
"I'm not usually into chick flicks," one said, "but this really kept my interest. It's great!"
• "5 Stars! Universal and compelling ... Most highly recommended." — Readers' Favorite
• "5 Stars! A lightly-written and often fascinating insight into the crazy world of Hollywood. I always try to suggest who I think will most enjoy a book….With this novel it is going to be a very long list." — The Wishing Shelf
