Tori Scottabout this book: Blue Moon Over Texas is Book Two in the Lone Star Cowboys series. With returning character from Blame it on Texas, Blue Moon picks up two years later with Jake and Carol's story. Jake is injured and Carol moves in to help out. When Carol gets unwanted attention from a local wrangler and cattle thief, Jake has to overcome his reluctance to accept help from the community to keep her safe. Jake's inability to express his feelings stands in the way of romance, as it has since they were high school sweethearts.
In book two, we see more of Nancy and Jean, as well as a few other local characters. Katie is growing up, Logan and Megan have a few problems of their own to deal with, and the entire community is dealing with the cattle thieves.
If you liked Blame it on Texas, I think you'll enjoy Blue Moon Over Texas, too. Book three, currently being written, will continue the Lone Star Cowboys series.
