I was inspired to share my journey, along with advise and tips, in an effort to help others facing a similar predicament of being overweight, concerned for their health and dissatisfied with their appearance.
This books features how to squeeze exercise into a hectic, busy day. A basic guide on how to count calories. Low fat and low calorie fast food options for those days when it's just impossible to prepare something at home. How to cut cost at the grocery stores, etc.
Chock full with pop cultural references and humor I feel its important not to preach so much as engage my readers in a non-judgmental and conversational type of way. It is my hope that my book motivates and inspires them.
