My own personal experiences with dieting have been like many others; short term success and long term failure. Out of my frustration I went looking for a way that would not only allow me to lose weight but far more importantly, and what almost everyone on the diet "roller coaster" struggles with, maintain that weight loss.
While the pain of denial and deprivation that is part of dieting is bad enough the real pain and the guilt and shame comes from an inability to maintain that weight loss and the inevitable post diet weight gain where dieters often end up heavier than when they started. Having been through this horror story a number of times I decided there must be a solution and I dedicated myself to finding it.
Over a period of years of trial and error research and experimentation I finally found the solution that has worked and continues to work for me. Based on the feedback from many of my readers this solution seems to work for many people and has finally allowed them to not only lose weight and keep it off but also free themselves of the need to diet. It is my belief that once you embrace the principles in my book and lose the weight you want to lose you will be happier, healthier, feel more in control of your body & your life and finally be free of dieting once and for all.
