Author Silvana Siskovabout this book: After working with many female clients experiencing variety of health issues and struggling with weight loss, I decided to write a book that can empower women to take better care of themselves, create better health and lose weight.

A woman of any age can benefit from reading this book as it focuses on self-love and self-care, and it pays attention to developing a positive mindset and building a healthy lifestyle.

In this book I detail the real reason why many struggle with health and weight loss, and what to do differently to see real change, growth, and true lifelong health. This book is written with intention to inspire its readers and help them feel revitalised and in love with life again.

I spent 6 months writing this book, and the most challenging part was how to finish it, as I did not want it to end. I truly enjoyed writing about my experiences and sharing the knowledge I have about the skills needed to live happy and healthy life.

The idea for the title came to me when someone contacted me because she needed my help. She simply said "I'd like to get my sparkle back." I explained this in detail in my book.

I learned a lot about myself while writing this book as it became clear to me that none of us will ever be a finished product. We are always developing and constantly changing. I find this challenging as well as exciting.

I would like my readers to develop positive self-belief, increase self-confidence and create new mindset, so they can make necessary changes to achieve their health and weight loss goals.
