Jane Elton about this book: Who is Jane Elton and why did she write that book? Like many others, I lost a specific amount of weight and maintained the weight loss for over 6 months. I was surprised when I started gaining and couldn't stop. It seemed I had no will as I quickly returned to my previous weight and went beyond it! I started another diet, more determined than ever, but lacked the will power to continue. I lost 7 pounds on my third attempt and again lost the will power to continue. This time I got angry and decided to try something different. In doing so, I discovered the reason why I had previously failed and finally succeeded at losing excess weight, and had fun doing it! I've maintained a weight loss in excess of 20 pounds for over ten years, and twice chose to diet to lose 5 pounds. I see countless weight loss advertisements and they all repeat the same false promises. I'm eager to share what I learned and look forward to hearing results from readers who use my book.
