An Amazing Health and Fitness BookA friend recommended that I bought this book and I've never looked back since. I found Amazin's writing style very easy to read for a novice weight trainer like myself and the easy to read instructions on exercises and pictures really helped. I like the fact that it's spiral bound and the pictures are big and detailed as well as the easy to understand fitness programs at the back of the book. I would recommend this book to anyone wanting to get into weight training. It really has become my fitness bible!
