We also drink soup as a remedy for the flu, especially chicken foot soup. I thought that by writing a book on soups, it would provide a basic knowledge to my readers on how to prepare our soups, which are different from those found in other parts of the world.
This book, I believe would attract the younger generation or young wives who want to try something different, when preparing meals for their husbands.
I wanted the book cover to be unique and appealing to my readers, so I searched for one on the internet.
I included images to depict how these soups should look after preparing, since the ingredients maybe new to many.
I do hope that those who purchase this book, will enjoy a part of my culture.
