V.G. Harrison

about this book: This is the first book in my Project Solstice series. It came about because I couldn't find enough books that had a science fiction and paranormal crossover.

Section 51 starts with the heroine, a computer programmer who's in search of her missing twin brother. When she finds him, she opens up a world she thought only existed in the movies and in books. It's a world where the supernatural live hide in plain sight among humans. However, there's another world hidden under that one that's more sinister and manipulative than the things that go bump in the night.

The title came about as play on Area 51, which is mentioned in the series. Since there has been so much conspiracy around Area 51, then why not keep it going while the real conspiracy is going on under mankind's nose.

If you enjoy your sci-fi mixed with fantasy (or vice versa), then you might enjoy Section 51.

Dead Trees Review says, "This story is surprisingly good. It's very easy to read, it moves very quickly, and it will certainly keep the reader, whether science fiction or paranormal fan, very interested."
