Book Review: The Dark Conscious: Conclusion to The Seagu11 Project (Volume 2) by T. Lee Baumanncategories: Book, Alien Race, Antarctic, Milky Way, Black Hole, Science Fiction
Excellent, Scientifically-based Work of Science Fiction Based Upon Recent Medical FindingsThis excellent work of science fiction concludes Volume I of The Seagu11 Project. The former is the story of the finding of a von Neumann probe in the desolate Antarctic, which catalyzes a space journey to the Milky Way's central black hole. This concluding sequel describes the dark result of an alien race's anatomic dissection of one of the Seagu11's crew members, where the latter is left with only his brain and mental capacities to survive. His mental isolation allows him to invade the pervasive network of electromagnetic radiation which is known to exist throughout the Universe -- the network which may well explain human consciousness, paranormal activity, and even mental illness -- all based upon factual, recent medical advances.
