Yvonne Andersonabout this book: The fourth and final title in the Gateway to Gannah series.
This one's a little longer than the first three, because I was determined to reach the end I'd intended from the start without having to write yet another book.
Although each of the books can stand alone, by Book 3 I realized that readers enjoy them more when they start at the beginning. For that reason, I began this one with a brief overview of the series up to this point, and I've received positive feedback on that. In fact, some enjoy this book so much, they go back and read the whole series from the beginning.
This final book ties up all the loose ends and adds a new wrinkle to the Gannah we thought we knew. The powerful ending—if your eyes don't tear up as you read it, you're not quite human—took even me by surprise. I love the way everything comes together here. But at the same time, the door is open for me to continue the series if I want.
Which, at this point, I don't.
