Book: Love in the Rain by Adam Manncategories: Book, Passion, Interracial, Asian Lady, Irishman, Sex, Romance
Adam Mannabout this book: This story in this novel, like many of my stories, is partially derived from personal experience, and also based on locations that I know.
I must admit that my imagination makes up a good proportion of the story, although I was caught in a rain storm when swimming in the sea. That was in West Africa, not East Asia, although the circumstances were similar.
I have often found that romance is not always hard working boy meets good looking girl and they live happily ever after. My characters here have been a bit more battered in their lives before they met, so the circumstances and their incentives are much more clearly defined.
The initial scene is that Henry gets caught in the rain when swimming in the sea, but manages to find shelter in an empty beach house. Felicity does not even make the sea before she gets deluged by the same storm and desperately looks for shelter, where she meets Henry of the first time. They are both cold and wet and don't even have a dry towel, so Felicity suggests that they both stand close together to benefit from body heat!
Please read and enjoy this story.
