Jana Richardsabout this book: There Goes the Groom is Book 2 in my Left at the Altar series. If you were left at the altar, would you be able to forgive the man who left you? That's the question I wanted to answer when I wrote this book. Olivia and Tony were in love at twenty and planned to marry. Only something changed, and Tony was convinced Olivia didn't want to marry him any more. Unfortunately, he waited until they were exchanging vows at the front of the church before he said anything to her. Eight years later, they find themselves forced to work together. Awkward! Can these two find their way back to love?
Each of the titles in my Left at the Altar series has a wedding theme. In Her Best Man (Book 1), Will is the best man when his brother dumps Sarah at the altar. She discovers that the best man really is the best man for her, so I thought the title fit perfectly. In There Goes the Groom, Tony is the groom who takes a hike, and in Always a Bridesmaid (Book 3), Daniella has been a bridesmaid twelve times. Or is it fifteen? It's been so many times neither of us can remember. When does she get a chance to trade in her collection of ugly bridesmaid dresses for a wedding gown?
