Author BUTTERFLY BOOKSabout this book: Kim is a primary school teacher working in a remote and undeveloped area, and finds herself divorced by her husband when her parents refuse to pay him part of her income. Her group of schools is fortunately in the centre of an international development program, and when she meets the technical adviser she uses her knowledge of spoken English to make herself attractive to him.

The project has many administrative problems, and by making herself useful to the hero they manage to overcome many of these headaches. One of her co-teachers finds herself in a unmarried mother predicament, which is a rude awakening to Kim, and a hard lesson so she decides to go carefully.

The passion begins to develop when she finds herself isolated away from her school, so she turns to the hero for advice and consolation... Fortunately his admiration for her begins to turn to affection, passion and love.

 Tread carefully, Kim.

People working in remote areas can get very lonely, and this may have been the initial problem facing Kim. She has to play her cards carefully, and uses the pretense of getting a lift to remote village to meet her man. Living conditions are not great for anyone, but that is part of their contract. Kim decides that "looking after" Dave will develop their relationship, and she's right. They both have to go slowly as their relationship develops, with a couple of nasty shocks on the way.
