Sam Anthonyabout this book: The Adulterer's Handbook is the story of a happily married man, desperately trying to prevent his wife from finding out about his affair. For months he is successful, but then things take a darker turn!
He comes to regret his infidelity and eventually all hell breaks loose.
This book is a psychological thriller with twists and turns throughout.
Adultery is an uncomfortable subject to write about, especially when you do it in secret and then you have to show it to your wife! It was weird trying to put myself inside the head of the main character as he tried in vain to justify his unjustifiable behaviour.
I love the cover, although some people think it looks too much like erotica. Let me reassure you, this book is not erotica, but, being about infidelity, it definitely contains adult themes.
It took about six months to write and I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. I did learn, however, that it really isn't a good idea to have an affair and if you're thinking about committing adultery, my advice is ... DON'T!!!
