Bea Cannonabout this book: Cady and Sam, keeping one eye peeled for more trouble in their neighborhood of paranormals after the previous events of attacks against their now friend, Eloise, decide to take their daughter, Annamae, to Boston for safekeeping with Cady's parents.
While there, Cady seeks the help of her many-times-removed-great-grandpa Zu, who's currently head of the organization of paras, her witchy Aunt Nayah, and her shaman Uncle Kambu, for help in figuring out what kinds of materials she needs to make a blanket for the upcoming birth of the baby of some rather, er,…unusual…friends.
She never thought she'd run into trouble just trying to make a baby blanket but there's a problem on the train on the way up; there's a big unhappy to-do while trying to catch a rainbow, and when they get back home and get ready to kick back, well there's the biggest piece of mess ever.
This is the third story in Cady and Sam's quest to lead a quiet, uneventful life.
