Nikki Broadwellabout this book: Saille, the Willow is Book 2 of Wolfmoon Trilogy, a fantasy that began with The Moonstone. In this book we are twenty years in the future when Finna's unborn child has grown up. The setting is a small town in Massachusetts where our heroine, Maeve, is completely unaware of her heritage. We follow her to a psychic to find out the reason behind her strange dreams but she still has no answers. However, when a shipment of paintings arrives at the gallery where she works the past begins to reveal itself.
Strange things begin to happen to Maeve as she discovers a secret that has been held back by her father. Crows are everywhere she goes, flying into her windshield and watching her from telephone poles. When her friend Harold talks her into doing peyote during a camping trip in the mountains, her entire reality begins to crumble--visions plague her of places she's never been. But it is her discovery that her mother is alive that sets the stage for her trip to Scotland.
This book leads directly into Book 3 and is suitable for anyone over seventeen, since it contains a few intimate scenes and some adult themes. It will appeal to both men and women.
