Common SenseIs the whole "exercise can help relieve stress thing" new news? If so, have the readers been hiding under rocks? EVERYONE knows this information! Also, telling people that taking medication is cheating is just wrong. This author is NOT a medical doctor or psychologist. With the exception of personal experience, medication is OUTSIDE of his area/s of expertise. In the great clinical scheme of things, the author's anxiety was not very severe, so his opinion that exercise will help the fears associated with obsessive compulsive disorder are way off base.
