Book: Viking Battle Cry (Memoirs of Nathanial Kenworthy Book 4) by Roger Kenworthy, PhDcategories: Book, Science Fiction, Scandinavian Myths, Medieval Fiction, Norse Gods, Historical Fiction, War and Military, Literature and Fiction, Action and Adventure, Norse Mythology
Roger Kenworthy, PhDabout this book: I read about the Norse gods in the Eddas and thought that it would be an exciting tale if my main character in my series traveled back in time and met with Odin, Thor, and Loki.
There was many hours doing the research for this book, and this was informative and mosrt rewarding. My tale is told based upon the texts from the past, an historical document.
Hence, the sites, characters, and events mentioned are also included in my book. Although, I have my characters more like 'real' people and not gods. They cry, they feel pain and love. They are more spiritual as well; this thread of thought runs through all of my books in the Nathanial Kenworthy series.
I learned about the fantastic tales were handed down to us from the past.
To my readers:
If you saw the new Ragnarok movie based upon the Dell characters, and can't get enough of Thor and Loki, here's another adventure that will keep you entertained and on the edge of your seat.
Here's what one reader said: Author Roger Kenworthy has outdone himself once again with this incredibly intricate Norse mythology action novel that will take you into the depths of Scandinavian legends and traditions while offering you breath taking action scenes.
