Roger Ellerton, PhD, CMCabout this book: I wrote this book to help those, who are looking for more in life, achieve what they desire. It provides clear instructions for eliciting and formulating your desired outcomes, together with a proven process to attain them.
Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) is a fundamental component to achieving your dreams. NLP is probably the most powerful methodology for personal growth and evolution available today. It is a set of principles and skills that allow you to live your life more successfully and to communicate with yourself and other people in an effective and efficient manner. For over twenty years, I have been studying, talking about, using and providing coaching and training services in NLP and have observed the tremendous positive impact NLP principles and techniques have had on my clients. Personally, NLP has had a great influence on my own communication and the way I perceive and live life. As a Certified Management Consultant and former university professor and executive, I find NLP techniques invaluable in first, assisting me to feel good about myself and what I choose to do and second, in my conversations and interactions with others as we express our differing points of view and work toward a win-win result.
