Leslie Scottabout this book: After reading authors like Abbi Glines and Jamie Maguire I was introduced to a world of romance I never knew existed: New Adult. Fresh from college (or still in college) these characters have an entirely different outlook on life. In writing The Finish Line I discovered that seeing the world through the eyes of someone discovering their place in it is a fascinating experience. Raelynn and Jordan are quick to fire off a ton of emotion. From anger to love and everything in between, they do it with the velocity of one of his races.
• Before I read this author, I never knew street racing was a thing, much less a sport. While the author led me through a romance of heartbreak and forgiveness, she also taught me about nitrous and engines and laying rubber and all things men enjoy doing especially in the south. Still it was Jordan Slater who stole the show--as in book boyfriend status. Oh my! ~ Amazon Reviewer
