about this book: I was inspired to write this book from watching a news story about immigrants and the ways they get into America. Anyone who loves a rags to riches story will enjoy Areum and Jace's story. Thinking that she has no family, violinist Areum Choi was under the impression that she has no family, imagine her surprise when Jace Crawford shows up claiming that she's the heiress to a fortune. Reluctantly, she enters a world one only reads about in news papers and society pages. The title came from an old jazz standard that I enjoyed. The cover was made by a graphic artist I used often. The hardest part of writing this was building a connection between the characters without it feeling forced. I did a lot of research for the story in terms of locations where the characters lived. I learned that you can't judge a book by it's cover when it comes to people. I hope the readers enjoy the story
