J.D. Wilson about this book: A touching story about one old man's reflections on his life. In retrospect, he discovers that the regrets of life are not always as they seem. After my first novel, THE FOXFIRE TERROR, a psychotic thriller, I was determined to completely change direction and write only for the sake of storytelling. No suspense, no plot twists, only the story. This book is that story. An old man, near the end of his life, tries desperately to relive the past. He realizes that such desires are not possible. Life passes by, what's done is done, and all we have is today, with only the hope of tomorrow. But there is no possibility of any access to yesterday. All we can do is to remember... and dwelling on the things that have passed is most unwise. The man has an opportunity to learn these lessons, even at this latest stage of his life. This is a story of human nature and a determined length of time. A length of time similar to that which every one of us has, and lessons that we all have the opportunity to learn.
