Kimberly Lollis Parrishabout this book: Based on a horrific tragedy, Kimberly Lollis Parrish uses her story to show readers how to find hope and inspiration even in their darkest hour. When the justice system failed her and her family after the death of her little brother, Griffen, Kimberly set out to find her own answers, and ultimately her own peace. A sweet and loving kid, Griffen used to tell people he loved them all the way to heaven and back.
This book is for anyone who has lost a loved one, anyone who has been bullied, and pretty much everyone in between. Writing this book was quite painful and required reliving all of the details of what happened in 2007, but she was determined to do anything possible to tell Griffen's story and try to prevent this from happening to other kids. In addition to the book, Kimberly speaks at colleges and high schools to encourage young people to look out for one another and to be the one friend in their group who will stand up with courage when situations call for it.
