Lorena Glassabout this book: "Echo" is a new adult-targeted ebook (now available on Amazon.com), which is the first book of a TRILOGY that is an epic time travel reincarnation love story. Though it's foremost a love story, it is by no means just targeted at women; and it could also fall comfortably into the categories of historical novel, adventure, and/or fantasy. It took several years to write; I started it when
I was still in college, then set it aside for several years before I started on it again. I've always been fascinated by the concepts of time travel and reincarnation; plus I've always liked a good love story. I think "Echo" is a perfect title for this, because of these two lovers that find each other over and over again. I also wanted all the times and places that we find the two main characters in to be as authentic as possible, so I had to do plenty of research on history. It was an educational experience, because I learned a lot of things about history that I didn't know before. But the historical research was also the hardest part about writing this book, because when you're trying to write historically accurate fiction, it's hard not let it read like a history book. But the harder it is to write a book, and the more effort you put into it, the greater your sense of accomplishment. "Echo" isn't my first novel, but I consider it my best.
