Authentic Info On an Ancient CuisineJust bought the book a couple of months back. An easy read most of the dishes seem easy to prepare. I prepared some veggie gravies and rice dishes and they tasted very authentic and good. Something that my grandmother would enjoy! I wish Ms Varadarajan all success with her future ventures in creating a global awareness on this ancient cuisine. [by Nalini]
The Most Authentic Must Buy CookbookI just bought the book and have already tried out 3 dishes from it. Though not much of a cooking freak I found the recipes simple and easy to prepare. Not to say the least they tasted great! The author's idea to bring out age-old recipes so today's generation can try them is indeed to be lauded. I also have her yogurt recipes cookbook. I indeed appreciate her efforts in bringing out an awareness to a 'divine and healthy cuisine' as she calls it. Keep it up Ms Varadarajan
