David Wilsonabout this book: "Bigsby: Diplomats In Nepal" is another fictional and humorous short story about two Special Field Marshals who undertake a visit to Nepal as ambassadors to the British Army. They had been invited to Nepal by the King for saving the lives of the Gurkhas in a fictional war which is told in my previous shorty story "Bigsby A General Story". After researching for my previous books about the First World War and especially the book "Murder at Gallipoli" I felt I needed to write something to give me a bit of light relief and I am sure that humour is essential for all. The book is again written in a purely conversational way and I would like any comments about this. I have also tried to bring out some of the traditions of the Nepalese people and their subsistence level of living. The cover of the book is a photograph taken purporting to be that of Everest. For my next book I am hoping to keep the two characters "Bigsby and James" but in a more serious capacity and a full length book.
