Book: THE NAMES HAVE BEEN CHANGED TO PROTECT THE IGNORANT by Stephen Cohencategories: Book, Fiction, High School, Girls, Cars, Beach, Humor
Stephen Cohenabout this book: It had been more than thirty years since my high school graduation. A few friends and I had a reunion poker game. I had forgot many of the funny and crazy things we had done. As the stories kept coming, I knew I had to write a book about the exploits from our senior year. It would be fiction with the characters a mix of us as well as the funny situations. As I wrote the story, I decided to write a series of short stories. No volume would be more than a few days. Volume one is complete and volume two is almost complete.
As I write these stories, I have a smile on my face. There are times I just start to laugh as I continue with the book. I hope to take the reader for a quick ride back to a less complicated time and give the reader a bit of a smile. Growing up in Southern California in the 70's was a great time.
