This book has been written in a practical, easy to follow and understand way with no jargon or medical terms. I was inspired to write this book as I am very aware of the amount of money spinning products out there that do not deliver the results that are advertised. This is a big problem to someone wanting to get fit or lose a bit of weight as lack of advertised results, will de motivate and de moralize.

I know that the methods outlined in this book work through first hand experience and would like to pass on this knowledge.

This is not a "Crash Diet" or "Fad" idea on weight loss methods, this is a long term realistic approach that will be sustainable and life changing.

The newer you are to fitness or weightloss, the more value that this book holds for you, however it has some great advice for all, A truly worthwhile read for anyone in the fitness and weightloss game!
