Book: I Want What She's Having, Now! by Tora Cullip and Donna Richards

We wrote this book because we have both had weight struggles ourselves - Donna was 70lb/5 stone overweight and Tora weighed less than 6 stone/81lb with an eating disorder. We discovered that we returned to health and body confidence by the same process - albeit from different ends of the weight spectrum.
This book is primarily for women, but men seem to be enjoying it too!
This book was written 3 times in total - each time got harder!! We set a "finish" date so our perfectionism didn't prevent it from ever leaving home. All children have to leave home at some time, right?!
The title came at the 11th hour, after much hair pulling. We didn't want it to include the word "diet" or "weight loss" - we wanted it to be aspirational and a bit of fun.
We wanted to put ourselves on the front cover to "show" that you can be comfortable in your own skin as 40+ women, but we also made sure the book title was more prominent than us.
We did a lot of research for the book, and from early reviews this has added a lot of credibility. All references are at the back of the book. We also interviewed past and current clients so we had real human interest stories through the book, as well as having our own stories too.
Overall we are really proud of our first book and have heard from women that it is helping them quit the dieting mentality and are starting to love and care about themselves more - just what we wanted!
