I introduce women to simple steps to help them live their best life. I used these steps in my classes to help women over 55 create their own successful health and wellness plans to last a lifetime. Every day, I personally utilize the steps I share in this book to maintain an active, healthy lifestyle. I'm 73 and still participate in 5k, 10k and half marathons. I am proof that it works!

Health and wellness for women 55+ are a passion of mine. Women deserve to enjoy a vibrant, active lifestyle. They put the needs of others first for many years. Now it is time to help them put themselves first.
