Book: Gratitude for Happiness - How to exercise your gratitude muscles by Ged Cusackcategories: Book, Being Grateful, Self Development, Personal Growth, Inspiration, Spirituality, Love, Gratitude, Finances, Fear, Help, Guidance, Happiness
Ged Cusackabout this book: Whilst I was in the military I used to change positions and countries every two years.
This meant that I started handover (how to) notes in every position from day one.
After completing 22 years in the military it meant that I continued to be an avid note taker in any venture that I undertake.
I am also a big believer in condensing information down and I want the readers of this book to benefit from my learnings.
I started writing this book as a way of processing the recent loss of my father.
Realizing that gratitude has allowed me to survive some of the difficult times in my life.
If you're like me when someone offers you a blank page to solve a problem, you literary go blank.
This book is designed to take you by the hand and help you use your own gratitude (for even the smallest things) to build on your happiness.
Providing you a process for navigating those blank pages and producing your own gratitude statements.
I firmly believe that working through the exercises in this book (whilst focusing your positive emotions), you'll be amazed at the results.
