Book: Spiritual Forgiveness - Forgiving the Unforgivable by Maureen J. Allencategories: Book, Self-Help, Abuse, Spirituality, Metaphysics, Universal Laws, Forgiveness
Maureen J. Allenabout this book: The weight of the anger, guilt, and resentment I carried around with me for years had to go. It made me weary, and I knew I would not be free of it until I forgave the abuse I suffered for the first fifteen years of my life. I confused forgiveness with condoning what happened to me, but studying spiritual metaphysics, and learning the universal laws helped me to ask myself the right questions. Answering those questions was tough, but necessary if I wanted to be free.
The purpose of this book is to share my journey, and in doing so, I hope to be of help to others who need to forgive.
As I state in this book, forgiveness is for the Soul. No one has to know you have forgiven them, unless it is important to you to let them know. Your Soul will reap the benefits, and a domino effect will ripple through your life once the negative emotions are released.
