about this book: This is the story of an unlikely master/student relationship- a truck driver and a guy traveling around the country in his pajamas. The truck driver picks up this odd hitchhiker at a truck stop and travels with him for a while. I've been a truck driver for seventeen years so I thought it would be a good platform for espousing my philosophies about how life works that I might be able to help others that are struggling in life. It also delves into the day to day life of a trucker for interesting breaks in the stream of heady concepts that are broken down so that they can be seen in a very practical and easy-to-understand way.

In writing this book, I came to learn that not only do all of the answers come from within, but that we all have an inner guru. When I began the journey of writing my book, my guru guided me to everything I needed.

The background for the cover of the book was a picture I took while driving in Utah. Originally, I didn't like it because it had too much sky above the cloud line but it was perfect for this application.

The characters in the book are named after my children Khristopher, Matthew, and Alexandra. Because the book is self published, they were also the inspiration for my publishing company name: Khrismattallie Publishing.
