Leo Averbachabout this book: I went through the divorce mill… and emerged better for the experience. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise, a heavy disguise that certainly did not feel like it at the time.
Having been through that experience, I am a lot wiser than I was beforehand. I have a better perspective of the whole divorce process and I know what pitfalls to avoid as well as what attitudes to adopt. Of course, we do not all experience divorce in the same way but a number of general guidelines can help you get through this very rough period. My purpose in writing BreakupAid was to pass on what I have learned.
BreakupAid contains the essence of my divorce experience and my path to recovery. It takes the form of a short e-book that covers key areas of divorce/breakup/separation and suggests ways to help you deal with your situation, to give you more control over events and to assist you to move on.
BreakupAid is packed with helpful insights and there are plenty of practical suggestions for coping with a breakup and for easing the pain. An Appendix lists lots of useful links (live URLs) to divorce-related organizations and people in the US, Canada, the UK and elsewhere.
