 It Really Does Work

I read about the bikini emergency diet in a magazine and knew I wanted to try Almased - it is safe for diabetics (I'm not diabetic, but sugar does affect me badly), promised quick results, and is made from natural ingredients. I found a 2 wk supply for 65$ on some website and ordered the Turbo Protein Diet book also. The book was useful since it told me to calculate how much protein to take based on my desired weight, not just a standard 8tbsp serving at each meal. I have been drinking V8 and Almased for 4 days now and am down 6 pounds - if the reduction continues like this, I may actually reach the 18 pound mark at the end of 2 weeks!

The powder is pleasantly bland, and as long as you drink plenty of unsweetened tea and broth and V8 throughout the day, the hunger doesn't get unbearable. I work out really hard on a regular basis and had to take 2 days off at the beginning, but now am back on track. I guess my body had to adjust to the DRASTIC drop in calories. I also take a nap everyday after work and go to bed much earlier than usual. That is all fine with me, though. I feel great and do not regret purchasing the product.
