I know we like instant gratification when it comes to getting down to a desired size, but honestly, we have to be realistic. I recently went on a weight loss journey and I am proud to say I lost around 75 pounds within a year. I honestly could have gotten quicker results had I dedicated myself to a consistent workout routine everyday and ate healthier foods such as salmon, tuna, chicken breast, fruits and vegetables, or foods low in sodium and sugar in addition to my diets, but I did not. This book will give you several ideas of weight loss solutions. Once you do find that special something that works for you, stay consistent, try to keep encouraging people in your circle, and stay positive.
