Not Edited WellI love the idea of making the process for crepes easy and this author does a good job with that approach. However, the editing step appears to have been missed. For example, the instant Crepe Batter recipe calls for 3 ingredients, eggs, instant flour and milk; however, the instructions say to add salt with the eggs and alternate milk and water when adding to flour. Since I am not an experienced cook, it stopped me in my tracks as to whether to go with original ingredients or to estimate based upon basic recipe that calls for club soda water.
