Carole S. Ramkeabout this book: In 2004 I read a short magazine article, written by a chemist, about how to stop having colds. I tried his techniques and discovered that his suggestions could shortstop my respiratory allergies as well. I shared the information with friends and relatives, and they had positive results also.
Last year I became convinced that I must share this information with the world, so I started writing How to Stop Colds, Allergies & More. Since that time I have devised other remedies of my own, based on his advice, and have included them in the book also. For example, I discovered a quick way to stop cold sores before they break out.
Through my research for the book I discovered information about common vitamin supplements that are underestimated by most people, so I appended articles by experts in nutritional medicine.
The book was published on September 8, 2012, and an article about stopping cold sores is now available for free on my Wordpress blog. I am still building my website at www.howtostopcolds.com.
I selected the nature-trail photograph for the cover of my book from the work of a local photographer, because to me it is a natural version of light at the end of the tunnel. Perhaps it will convey hope to those who are restricted by their allergies.
