Lynda D. Brown

Author Lynda D. Brownabout this book: This is a fictional tale about spiritual warfare. Book one deals with the occult, and the dangers associated with it. The story centers around two sisters, Candace and Abby Harris, two polar opposites whose lives spin out of control when both sisters fall for handsome Randy Nelson. Candace is a straight A student, unpopular and hates her younger sister Abby because she is popular with everyone at their high school and church.Candace is hired to tutor Randy and they become close. Melina Nelson, Randy's mom, is intrigued when her spirit guide tells her that Candace is very powerful and instructs Melina to take Candace under her wings and teach her the dark arts. Unbeknownst to Abby, Satan has petitioned God to 'sift' her, and God accepts the challenge, and soon Abby's well structured life spirals out of control. Forced to leave her beloved church, Abby leaves her Christian values behind, and soon she's partying, getting high and hanging out with all the wrong people. When Abby runs into a lonely Randy after Candace goes away to college, they begin dating and soon Abby finds out she's pregnant and she marries Randy. Candace is livid when she finds out, and she sets out to use all her powers to destroy her sister and get her man back! This book was inspired by the Book of Job, I wanted to spread the good news that no matter what you're facing, God is still in control.
