Kristi Nielsenabout this book: This book is written to delight the imagination of a child. There is only one dinosaur left on earth and he is out to find some lunch to eat. The story connects the snippets of classical children's literature to create a ridiculous story that gets funnier with every event. The dinosaur does not succeed in eating any animals.
The story happens in the land of Eonsago, when the world was flat. It creates lots of fodder for discussions with little children after completing reading it. The story begs to be read with gusto and expression. Given the right reader, this book could be the inspiration for a viral video to rival the grandmother who read the Wonky Donkey resulting in a viral video.
No animal feels safe. The description of the dinosaur is far fetched and creepy. It is fun for kids to enter this weird world where the last dinosaur is a fearsome creature.
The ferocious cry of the dinosaur is enough to scare other animals off the face of the earth. It has the scary and fictitious traits that kids want in books once they are old enough to understand the difference between stories that are real and stories that are make belief.
The story and images appeal to children from ages 2 1/2 to 6.
