Ron Willbanksabout this book: Yogi Berra once said, “If you don’t know where you are going, you’ll end up someplace else.” Without a career plan, you could hop from one job to another without purpose or aim. Unfortunately, this is all too commonplace. Like many of you reading this, I didn't know what I wanted to do with my life after high school. After my military enlistment, I did the duffel bag drag -- i.e., everything I owned was in that duffel bag.
I attended college and worked full-time as a RECRUITER. My customers were Fortune 10 companies and my job was to source and sell my candidates to our clients. I was very successful because I learned how to write a resume that pops and coached my candidates on how to interview well. Likewise, it is because of my experience as a business and technology executive I can also offer advice on how to succeed at work, with your co-workers, and with your boss.
