Fiona J Robertsabout this book: Ellen is married to a man she doesn't really like and has a job that she doesn't enjoy. She has finally decided to make some changes but fate has something else in store for her. She dies but her consciousness is transferred to her pet dog Barney. Living as a miniature Schnauzer is not what she had in mind when she planned a new life.
Her adventure takes her into the home of James and his daughter Lara. They are still recovering from the death of Lara's mother the year before and Ellen feels that she wants to help the troubled teen. What can a small dog do to look after her owner and ease her suffering?
This story includes humour and sadness. A review on Chick Lit Cafe described it as "meaningful and full of surprises."
I like to write a story which is out of the ordinary and I think a body swap drama is definitely that. I have released two other books Ebb and Flow, which is a mystery, and Just Des(s)erts which is the tale of three middle aged women who become vigilante serial killers.
