about this book: New York CPA Holland Taylor has been in love with her boss, Decimal Accounting CEO Carter Preston ever since she laid eyes on him in the lobby of his company. But all of that changes when she inadvertently overhears him saying some unflattering things about her to a colleague. Hurt, she vows to show him what he'll be missing. Things go just as she planned until Carter decides he has a lesson to teach her! This story was inspired by a close friend of mine and sort of morphed into something much more. This book is geared toward anyone curious about the BDSM lifestyle of which it explores. I came up with the title off the top of my head, honestly. and it sounded good. The cover was designed by a cover artist I found on Fiverr names Olivia. She does wonderful work. The hardest part of writing this book was researching the BDSM lifestyle because it required me to attend events and ask questions of the people that practice it. I learned that everyone no matter how small has some elements of it in their everyday lives whether they are aware of it or not. I want the readers to know that the people in it are as ordinary as anyone else. They hold down jobs, have families, own companies etc.
what to read next: if you read and liked this book...

All You Need Is Love
In every relationship there are ups and downs and in Holland Taylor's case what started out as a simple crush turned into something unexpected. I personally hoped she bopped Carter on the head because he seemed to be in denial of his feelings for her. But thankfully, everything worked out in the end. I really enjoyed the story and can't wait for more.
