Starting the ProgramSince I am only just starting the program I gave it three stars for being easy to follow. No sugar, basic meals and the use of lemon juice and olive oil is how I already cook, only I need to increase my nutritional food intake and keep my hands off the treats at work. The plan will help me with that. I already have beautiful skin but I have been more emotional. Since sugar attacks the nervous system and this diet is low glycemic it will be interesting to follow.
Also, I am a slow learner and at times I feel mentally dull. With this in mind I will closely observe not only weight and beauty changes but also emotional and mental changes. I am presently 46 years old and 148 pounds. I would like to loose 20 pounds. I will only be following the diet portion since I already have an exercise program and I would prefer for now to experience the diet without the supplements.
