This is an international thriller involving, Russians, Chinese and U.S. territories who feed their own greed to control the drugs coming into their respective countries.It also involves the La Cosa Nostra in the United States, who team up with Judd and Joe Feather for their own interests. There are forbidden love affairs that couldn't happen...but they do.
