A Very Useful WorkbenchA good workbench is necessary for anyone that is going to do significant work in the house. Having the surface available for cutting and other projects is nice, but having a steady work space available is more than just a convenience - it is an necessity. Fortunately, the Rockwell RK9000 Jawhorse functions quite well for its intended purpose.
The jaw is probably the best part of this particular workbench. It is very useful for keeping materials in place while cutting, a nice feature for those that actual spend a lot of time doing woodwork. You can actually clamp an entire door into the bench if you like, which actually makes it very useful for some of the larger products that one might undertake around the house.
The only real issue is that the workbench does feature quite a few plastic parts. They do not really seem to be on any of the major areas, but you can tell that they will be likely to break. So far, though, no real problems have presented themselves even in these areas.
