Easy-Peasy 10-minute Set-up Time
I read a lot of reviews online before I bought the Medialink Wireless Router. Mostly, people said that it was a great router at a reasonable price with fantastic customer support. I was skeptical, of course. I wasn't familiar with the brand, but when my daughter needed one for her apartment, I decided to give it a try. At first, I was concerned that it might not be compatible with a Mac. That's why I was extremely surprised that the set-up only took me 10 minutes. I'm a PC guy and setting up routers usually takes a lot of hair-pulling and teeth-gnashing on my end. All settings that I have to fix usually make my head spin. I am actually considering using Medialink now when the router I use at home finally dies. I also like how it is sleek, small, and silent. My daughter likes playing games so she complains of a dropped signal from time to time, but other than that, she's very happy with the router.
